My name is Aly, and I am the founder of Nurturing and Nesting, a birth and postpartum doula practice dedicated to supporting and empowering mothers through every stage of their journey.

I created Nurturing and Nesting to provide thorough care that helps families thrive before, during, and after birth. My mission is to educate and empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to care for themselves and their newborns, all while honouring the sacred experience of birth.
